What is HQ?
HQ stands for the Quantum Intelligence we originally built to route money through our ventures, Hylaq and Loadit. We turned that engine into a public, post-quantum, high-throughput Layer-0 blockchain — it secures every key and block with NIST-standardized ML-DSA cryptography and lets anyone launch their own Layer-1 appchains and tokens.
What is the total supply?
23,000,000 HQ, fixed. There is no inflation; supply cannot be increased.
What gives HQ utility?
HQ is the chain behind a real ecosystem — HYLAQ QUANTUM (hylaq.com) and Loadit (loadit.net) — and it's the quantum-safe interoperability Layer-0 that lets any chain bridge in. HQ is used to pay network and cross-chain fees and to stake/secure the network, so demand is tied to real usage rather than speculation alone.

Terms of Token Sale
By pre-committing or contributing you agree that: (1) any HQ tokens are utility tokens intended for use within the HYLAQ QUANTUM network and are not offered as, and you are not acquiring them as, an investment, security, share, or financial instrument; (2) no public market, listing, liquidity, profit, or return is promised or guaranteed; (3) tokens are sold "as is" with no warranties; (4) the sale is void where prohibited and you are responsible for your own legal, tax, and regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction; (5) the company may require identity verification (KYC) and source-of-funds checks and may refuse or refund any contribution at its discretion; (6) delivery of tokens, timing, network launch, and all roadmap items are subject to change or cancellation; (7) contributions may be non-refundable once the sale opens and tokens are allocated, except as required by law.
Risk Disclosure
Digital assets are extremely high risk. You may lose the entire amount you contribute. Privacy
We collect the information you submit (such as email, wallet address, contribution amount, and any KYC details) solely to operate the whitelist and sale, to communicate with you, to meet legal and anti-money-laundering obligations, and to deliver tokens. We do not sell your personal data. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. You may request deletion of your data where permitted by law by contacting us.
